If I am billy, the first ting I went to bath I would go to the pub, because I like company and two people in a building makes me fell uneasy, because there will be no people to warn or help you if that other person tends to be a insane killer( just like what happened to billy)
If I am billy, I would leave right away when the landlady starts acting weird, because u never know what a mad man/women would do. If the landlady acts more normal than in the story. I would not suspect her. I will start getting suspicious when I saw that there are no guest except me. I would leave because I will conclude either something spooky is going on, or the place has bad service.
So yeah, I think I will survive and get out the break and breakfast alive(provided that I choose that instead of the pub, which I wont) because I will be uncomfortable sleeping in a house with no-one except me and a crazy old lady.
If I overlook the fact that there are no guest, I would run screaming from the place once the lady told me the two previous guest never left.
